Reservation Payments

• Please remember that your reservation payment goes to the air service to reserve your flight, which is why we have to enforce the policies below.
• A $200 deposit per person is required to confirm fishing reservations
• A $500 deposit per person is required to confirm Hunting reservations
• No refunds due to weather.
• If you have to cancel your fishing trip, reservation payments can be put towards a future fishing trip with a 60 days notice.
• No refunds on hunting reservations

Please Note: Rates are quoted as cash. There will be a 3% charge added if using a credit card.

Guests are responsible for all damage to equipment including boats and motors.

Fly-in Fishing Trip Packages:

All of our outfitted fly-in fishing trips include round-trip air transportation, deluxe accommodations at one of our outpost fishing cabins. All of our outpost fishing cabins features a fully equipped kitchen with a propane fridge and stove as well as solar and/or propane lighting. For those cooler nights, our cabins have wood stoves and there is a supply of pre-cut firewood waiting for you. After a full day of fishing, you’ll have a great night’s sleep on our comfortable beds.

Here are just a few of the extras that we include in our packages:

• 16 ft.extra wide boats with new 9.9 motors and fuel
• Cushions, paddles and life jackets
• Minnow buckets
• Check flights and lake maps
• Radio Telephone
• A $200 per person deposit is required to hold your reservation.

All of our fly-in fishing package prices are per person and listed in U.S. dollars.

RESERVATIONS PAYMENTS Are made by phone or email and are held for 7 days upon which a deposit of $200.00 per person is required to secure the time reserved. For deposits credit cards (visa, MasterCard or Pay Pal) can be used or mail the required deposit. Please note if mailing your deposit please mail to the Frankfort address. Credit cards used for deposit. The balance of your trip is due three weeks prior to your arrival, in cash, check, money orders or travelers checks. Credit cards are accepted for final payment; however, a 3% additional charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy: If notified 60 days in advance of your arrival the deposit will be honored for another trip in the same year. Cancelation of one or more party members will result in the loss of the individuals deposit and may result in a different rate per person for the rest of the party.

TAXES & FISHING LICENSES Are extra and will be added to the price.
